Kevin McCloud MBE (born 8 May 1959) is a British designer, writer and television presenter best known for his work on the Channel 4 series Grand Designs, which he has presented since 1999 and his residential housing development company HAB Housing.
He was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2014 Queen's New Years Honours List for his services to Sustainable Design and Energy Saving Property Refurbishment. He is the television presenter of Grand Designs in London, England.
