Lita Roza was born on March 14, 1926 in Liverpool, England as Lilian Patricia Lita Roza. She was an actress, known for Six-Five Special (1957), Cast a Dark Shadow (1955) and Show Band Parade (1957). She was married to Ronnie Harris. She died on August 14, 2008 in London, England.
Her 1953 Number 1 hit record,'How Much Is That Doggie In The Window?', afforded Lita the privilege of being the first British female singer to top the charts in 50 years.
