Erika Shishido (宍戸 江利花, Shishido Erika) (born September 25, 1970) is a professional wrestler, better known by the stage name Aja Kong, and the founder of the ARSION all-women professional wrestling promotion. Shishido has won several championships in both singles and tag team divisions throughout her career, primarily while with All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling.
Made a couple of appearances for WWE in 1995. WWE never used her again after her match with Chaparita Asari on the December 11 (taped November 12), 1995 "WWE Monday Night Raw" because Vince McMahon didn't like how stiff she was. Kong has not had a match on American television since.

Her mother was Japanese and her father was an African-American serviceman.

In contrast to their usual monster image, she and Kia Stevens teamed together in HUSTLE as "Erika" and "Margaret" with a gimmick of girly-girl babyfaces.
