Terrence Ross (born February 5, 1991) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Washington Huskies, where he was an All-Pac-12 first team selection before being drafted by Toronto in the first round with the eighth overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft. As a rookie, he was crowned champion of the 2013 Sprite Slam Dunk Contest at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. He is the first and only player to score 50 or more points in a game while averaging fewer than 10 points per game.
