Timothy Hines is an American film director, writer and producer. Best known for his adaptation of the H. G. Wells novel The War of the Worlds, he has a background in directing television commercials and short films. In 1999, he founded the independent film production company Pendragon Pictures with his colleague Susan Goforth. To date, they have produced two films together (both directed by Hines).
Recently premiered his new movie, War of the Worlds The True Story on June 14th, 2012 at Landmark's The Harvard Exit Theatre in Seattle, WA. The Movie went on to play in event screenings at the Cinema 21 in Portland, OR, The Hollywood Theatre in Portland, OR, The Crest in Sacramento, CA, and on October 30th 2012, the movie played one night in theaters across America.
