Cesar Ramirez was born in 1929 as Arlen Quindoy Aguilar. He was an actor, known for Huwag mo akong limutin (1960), Lagablab sa Maribojoc (1964) and Lupang kayumanggi (1955). He was married to Alicia Vergel. He died on July 18, 2003 in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Luzon, Philippines.
With his well-muscled body, he is known for his portrayal as Bernardo Carpio in the movie with the same name, Bernardo Carpio (1951). He is also the local version of Hercules in his younger day, with one Hercules movie in his belt.
