Florence "Florrie" Dugger is an American former child actress, whose only role was "Blousey Brown" in the all-child cast of Bugsy Malone (1976). When the film was cast, she was living in England on a United States Air Force base (R.A.F Chicksands). She was hired for a bit part, but Dugger was given the role of Blousey when the actress originally hired to play the part had a growth spurt, and grew too tall.Dugger later joined the United States Air Force, where she had a 21 year career in the United States Air Force Medical Corps. As of 2003 she was married, with a son, and living on a U.S. Air Force base in Charleston, South Carolina.

A scene in which she had to hug Scott Baio had many retakes because she refused to get close to him and kept him at arms length. Director Alan Parker had to make her cry on occasion so she could deliver another scene with the required anger.
