Charles Victor (10 February 1896 – 23 December 1965) was a British actor who appeared in a number of films and television between 1938 and 1965. Late in life, Victor toured internationally in the role of Alfred P. Doolittle in My Fair Lady, performing the role on The Ed Sullivan Show on March 19, 1961, during a tribute to Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe.
Stocky British character actor with a lived-in face, who specialised in playing grumpy, downtrodden or careworn ordinary men. A former dancer during the 1920s, he made his name in frequent portrayals of Alfred Doolittle on the London stage in the 1950s.
