Eugen Neufeld was born on December 6, 1882 in Goeding, Moravia, Austria-Hungary. He was an actor, known for Hemmungslos (1921), Hotel Potemkin (1924) and Der tote Hochzeitsgast (1921). He died on October 18, 1950 in Vienna, Austria.
In the 30's he could only appear in few more movies before he wasn't able to continue his activity in Germany because of his Jewish extraction.

In the second part of the 20's followed the height of his film career.

The actor Eugen Neufeld was already a successful theater actor when he made his film debut in 1913 with "Unter falscher Flagge" (1913), it followed "Der Pfarrer von Kirchfeld" (1914). After that followed an interruption of several years before he acted in other movies.

Only after the war he was able to make a comeback and he gave his farewell performances with the movies "Wiener Melodien" (1947) and "Annie" (1948).
