Pierre-Richard Prosper (born 1963 in Denver, Colorado, USA) is an American lawyer, prosecutor and former government official. He served as the second United States Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues under President George W. Bush from 2001 to 2005.Prosper is currently a partner at Arent Fox LLP, having joined the firm on January 1, 2007 after his term in public service, and is a member of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
