Micheline Beauchemin, Template:Post-nominals (24 October 1929 – 29 September 2009) was a Canadian textile artist and weaver.Born in Longueuil, Quebec, she made the stage curtains in Ottawa's National Arts Centre and in the Théâtre Maisonneuve at Montreal's Place des Arts.
She created large tapestries using both traditional and modern techniques. Her works use wool, silk, cotton, rayon, nylon, acrylics, aluminum, gold and silver thread.

She studied at the Montreal School of Fine Arts, the Ecole des beaux-arts in Paris, and the Academie de la Grande Chaumiere, also in Paris. Her early works were paintings and stained glass.

During a trip to Greece, she became interested in murals and tapestry, and experimented with new textures and colors. She learned more about weaving and dyeing in Japan, China, Burma, Cambodia, India, and Mexico.

In the 1960s, she began working with architects and was commissioned to create curtains and tapestries for public buildings. Her works have adorned the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, Queen's Park in Toronto, York University, and the Hudson's Bay Company, as well as the US, Europe, and Japan.

She was awarded the O.C. (Officer of the Order of Canada) on December 17, 1973 for her services to the art of Tapestry in Canada.
