Joe Farago is an American actor and television personality. He has appeared in at least 25 movies and television series, and replaced Gene Rayburn as the host of the 1985 game show Break the Bank, having previously appeared as a celebrity guest three times during the show's first two weeks.Farago currently appears as a spokesman for the "GT Express" countertop grill and the "True Sleeper" foam mattress topper.
He has hosted a total of 36 infomercials seen in more than 70 countries around the world.

In addition to his acting and hosting career, Joe Farago is also a firefighter and emergency services instructor. He teaches Incident Command and was part of a response team sent to Mississippi after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
