Pedro Pietri was born on March 21, 1944 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He was an actor, known for It Could Happen to You (1994), Piñero (2001) and Yo soy Boricua, pa'que tu lo sepas! (2006). He died on March 3, 2004 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.
He appears as himself in the documentary "Yo soy Boricua, pa'que tu lo sepas!", During the filming of the documentary he passed away and his funeral is documented in the film, which was directed by his good friend Rosie Perez. Both of them appeared together in the film "It Could Happen To You."
