Jens Otto Krag (Danish pronunciation: [j?ns ?to ?k??????]) (September 15, 1914 – June 22, 1978) was a Danish politician. He was Prime Minister from 1962 to 1968 and again from 1971 to 1972.
Resigned as Prime Minister on October 3rd 1972 the day after the Danish people voted in favour of joining the EEC. His resignation came as a big surprise to both his cabinet and the general public.
