Herbert Frank York (24 November 1921 – 19 May 2009) was part Mohawk [1] American nuclear physicist. He held numerous research and administrative positions at various United States government and educational institutes.
There is no such thing as a good nuclear weapons system. There is no way to achieve, in the sound sense, national security through nuclear weapons. (in a 1983 interview with the Los Angeles Times)
