#Fact
1He toured with Spike Jones and His City Slickers under the name "Sir Frederic Gas". He wore a black suit with long tails, a string necktie and teased his long hair out into a "fright wig". His comic specialty was rubbing two sticks together, while squeaking a leather reed in his mouth, creating a comical instrument he called his Sadivarious. He later joined UPA and Hanna-Barbara cartoon studios as a film editor. Retired and painted for a hobby until blindness set in.
