Ronald Dennis CBE (born 1 June 1947) is the executive chairman of McLaren Automotive, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Group, and can also be an important stockholder in both businesses. He was likewise the team principal of McLaren Racing, the group’s Formula One team, until 2009. In January 2014, he removed the position of Team Principal held by Martin Whitmarsh, efficiently giving himself back control of the Formula One team.
