When Gary DeVore disappeared in mysterious circumstances, Claudia hired private investigators and ex-marines to look for him. His car was later discovered in an aqueduct, some distance from the highway, but when the marines swept it earlier, the car was not there.

Wore one earring throughout the production of Babylon 5. In the story, it was because she gave one of her lucky earrings to her brother (Ganya Ivanov), who was later killed in action (Babylon 5 movie: In The Beginning), but in reality it was for her elder brother Patrick, who was killed by a drunk driver when she was 8 years old.

While filming The Hidden (1987), her cornea was scratched by a spark from a prop gun that she fired. From then on she blinked each time she had to shoot a prop gun. The exception was in Babylon 5 (1994), where all she had to do was point the gun, with the "firing" special effects to be added in later.
