Donny Most (created August 8, 1953) is an American actor famous for his role as Ralph Malph on the television series “Happy Days”. Most was born in Brooklyn, NY. Most lived in Flatbush, Brooklyn, NY, and graduated from Erasmus Hall High School in 1970. Following his character as a regular cast member on Happy Days, Most has appeared in other movie and television work. Film credits include EDTV (1999), Putting Melvin (2005) and The Great Buck Howard (2008). He plays a guy who has just won the lottery, so when an element of the cameo joke, runs up to Scott Baio and waving the winning ticket yells, “It appears that Happy Days are here again!” He also receives several appearances from Scott Baio that indicates acquaintance through the entire episode. He’s sometimes credited as “Donny Most”. Most performed as a voice actor on several Saturday morning cartoon show. Most married celebrity Morgan Hart in 1982. They got two daughters and reside near La, California. Morgan’s mom was Margaret Hart Ferraro. On April 19, 2011, Most and four of his Happy Days costars, Erin Moran, Marion Ross, Anson Williams as well as the estate of the late Tom Bosley, who expired in 2010, filed a $10 million breach of contract suit against CBS, which owns the show, asserting they’d not been paid for merchandising sales owed under their contracts. The cast members asserted they’d not received earnings from show-associated things, including comic books, tshirts, scrapbooks, trading cards, games, lunch boxes, dolls, toy cars, magnets, greeting cards and DVDs where their pictures show up on the carton covers. Under their contracts, they were assumed to be paid five percent from the net earnings of merchandising if their exclusive picture were used, and half that sum if they were in an organization. CBS said it owed the performers $8,500 and $9,000 each, most of it from slot machine sales, but the group said they were owed millions. The suit was commenced after Ross was told by a buddy playing slots in a casino of a “Happy Days” machine on which players win the jackpot when five Marion Rosses are rolled. On June 5, 2012, a judge denied a motion filed by CBS to possess the case thrown out, which meant it could head to trial on July 17 in the event the issue had not been settled by then. In July 2012, the performers settled their suit with CBS. Each received a payment of $65,000 and a guarantee by CBS to continue honoring the conditions of their contracts.

During an interview on Marc Maron's WTF podcast, Most's Happy Days co-star Ron Howard said, on the subject of one infamous episode in which they both acted "Donnie's reading it and he kinda looks down, then says 'what do you think of the script?' and I shrugged and replied 'people like the show, it's hard to argue with being number one' and he looked up and said, 'he's jumping a shark now?'. That was the first time I saw that phrase bracketed, before it was even done, you've got to give props to Donnie Most.".

It was discussed that he and Anson Williams would have their own spin-off show centering on their Happy Days (1974) characters Ralph and Potsie, but it never materialized.
I like the family guy episode when it is said that Donny Most appears once a year in a the woods. Then they show Donny Most appearing then disappearing. Family Guy usually does little skits on old time actors or singers and stuff. They do the Conway Twitty video also the song is “I see the want to in your eyes!” Funny stuff!
