Daniel "Dan" Clarke is a British auto racing driver born 4 October 1983 in Mexborough, most recently competing in the Firestone Indy Lights series with Walker Racing, having previously competed in the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport and the Champ Car World Series. Also nicknamed 'Speedy Dan'.
Currently employed as voice talent for Clear Channel in the central San Joaquin Valley of California; also performs voice talent for various audio/video advertising and presentations, and has been doing so for over a decade. Interestingly, his father, Ken Clarke, retired from broadcasting and voice talent, and Dan has taken his place as one of Central California's premier vocal talent performers. [February 2005]
