While planning the release of her TV adventure series "Queen of the Range", manufacturers were set to produce 25 Carolina Cotton items, such as toys. When her series was shelved, the items were never put into production. However, at least one Carolina Cotton doll, and a few gun and holster sets were made.

While her radio show "Carolina Cotton Calls" was aired on the Armed Forces Radio Service, from 1952-1954, she received more fan mail and requests than any other performer.
